4. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the personal hygiene nature of perfumes, products are generally non-returnable.

You may contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

• The product is damaged
• You received the wrong item
• The product is defective

Valid proof such as an unboxing video or images may be required. SDPC reserves the right to approve or reject refund or replacement requests.
