Delivery Timeline

For deliveries within India, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier service availability, and other external factors. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Hours & Acceptance

Order deliveries are generally made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Deliveries may require a signature at the time of receipt. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery personally, you may authorize a family member, colleague, neighbor, or any responsible person to receive the package on your behalf.

SDPC Perfumes shall not be held responsible for goods signed and accepted by an alternative person at the delivery address provided at the time of order placement.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

SDPC Perfumes is not responsible for any damage to the product after successful delivery and acceptance by the customer or authorized recipient.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

In case you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, you are advised to refuse acceptance and immediately notify our customer support team. All claims for shortages, incorrect items, leakage, or damages must be reported to our customer service team on the same day of delivery along with proper proof such as images and unboxing video.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on product type, packaging requirements, size, weight, destination, and ongoing promotional offers. Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at the time of checkout before you complete the payment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, SDPC Perfumes shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
