SDPC PERFUMES REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
SDPC Perfumes strives to provide its customers with the best shopping experience and premium fragrance products. Due to the personal hygiene nature of perfumes and fragrance products, once delivered, opened or used items cannot be returned, reused, or resold. Therefore, products once delivered are generally non-returnable.
Our perfumes may contain natural extracts, essential oils, aroma compounds, and active ingredients. Any damage caused due to neglect, improper storage, misuse, incorrect application, or failure to follow usage instructions will not be covered under this policy. Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test before full application.
Refund Policy
- SDPC Perfumes is not responsible for any damage occurring after successful delivery of the product.
- In case of missing items, leakage, breakage, transit damage, or receipt of an incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the unopened outer packaging, shipping label, and complete unboxing process without cuts.
- In the event of receiving a tampered, damaged, or defective package, customers are advised to refuse delivery at the time of receipt and immediately inform our customer support team.
- If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, you must contact our customer support within 3 days from the delivery date.
- All refund claims must be raised within 24 to 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team via email at sdpcperfumes@gmail.com along with clear images, unboxing video, and order details.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable as they are charged by third-party logistics partners.
- For prepaid orders, if a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 15 working days from the date of refund approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account after the necessary bank details are shared with our support team. COD refunds may take 4 to 10 working days after approval.
Return Policy
- Due to hygiene and safety standards, SDPC Perfumes does not accept returns of opened or used products.
- In rare and verified cases of transit damage such as leakage, broken bottles, or missing items, an exchange or refund may be initiated after careful review of submitted proof and approval under this policy.
- Customers must report such issues within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.
- SDPC reserves the right to approve or reject return or exchange requests after verification.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- If cancellation is requested before dispatch, a payment gateway processing fee of up to 2.5% may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case a prepaid shipped order is refused by the customer and returned to us, a deduction of shipping and handling charges (minimum ?75 or actual courier charges, whichever is higher) will be applied before processing any eligible refund.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 15 working days from cancellation approval.
